"The whole experience was terrible the AC was bad, rooms dirty, front desk staff useless. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Other than that location was perfect."

"Both keys we received didnt work & I had to make another trip to the front to re-scan the keys. The room we stayed was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we had to hear loud elevator noise & sound from the street all night long. I never experienced hotel room with such noise which was very disappointing, considering how much I paid for the room."

"First time at this hotel. Nice and clean facility no complaint there. No parking available for guest, they couldn’t accommodate parking because I have a Tesla and I didn’t have my card with me which I understand it is my fault however I asked if I can just park it somewhere in the facility and I won’t move it during my stay, they said couldn’t, they said they are a third party company and they don’t have to if they don’t want to. "They were able to check us in at the wee hours of the morning. Which was greatly appreciated. Though that meant we did not get the rooms we actually paid for (a view and all), but that was our choice. The only thing we did not appreciate was how loud the air-conditioning fan was. It was as if there were something lodged inside constantly banging against the vents. Pretty happy with the stay otherwise. Would recommend. Fine hospitality."
