The photos online are incredibly misleading. The rooms were dirty and the bathroom moldy. The bath rub was dirty and rusted and moldy. The walls were incredibly beat up and dirty. The room smelled so gross. House keeping never came so we had no fresh bedding nor towels. Homeless people crowd around the hotel trying to get in and I assume steal. I was there alone with my young son and I felt incredibly unsafe. The only positive was my proximity to target, and a couple restaurants. Would never stay there again.

The parking was horrible and super tight spaces. Not a good idea if you’re worried about someone hitting your car. To top it off you had to pay for that tight space. The room was clean however there was trash scattered throughout the property, I’m sure from guests who do not care about picking their trash up. The laundry facilities were dirty with few machine working due to guests leaving finished clothing in the machines.

7/19/26 We only stayed 1 night, but overall, we'd stay there again. Rooms and property were as clean as they should be. Staff were amicable. Plenty of dining options within walking distance, or a very short drive. There is a Panera onsite. Pool looked clean. The only issue we ran into was that the 2 ice makers, nearest to our room, were out of order, but it wasn't a make or break for us.

Terrible place to stay first gave me a non-smoking room that smelled like a musty ashtray. Took several hours for them to find me a different room. Also their elevators were all 1-2 years expired so safety was questionable. I let them know about it. They were like no problem don’t worry about it. The elevator by my room would screech definitely felt unsafe. Bunch of surprise fees such as parking fees and a 100 dollar deposit. Parking was terrible too I had to leave the parking lot with my car and drive around to the other side to use a keycard because they had two parts which you could walk between but the parking lots weren’t connected for vehicles.

If you like cockroaches in your room this is the place to stay! We were here for a wedding, rooms are NOTHING like the pictures on their site and Expedia! We already have real life people out here catfishing people sad hotels now catfish people with their AI enhanced photos! I also was bit by something on the last night there while sleeping (maybe a spider) and my right side of my face (by my eye) is swollen and red. I will say the staff is at least nice!

The location was excellent with many restaurants and shopping opportunities within walking distance. If you like "swap meets" there is one every weekend across the road. The property is worn and needs upgrading badly. The room was large, but lacked flat serfaces. There is plenty of space for a small table which is usually included in rooms with microwave oven and fridge. The fridge is TINY. The worst part was the staff. Not helpful and frankly sarcastic to the point of rudeness. The cleaning schedule was not explained to us on check in and there was a "do not clean" doorknob hanger in the room indicating that not hanging it would ensure the room was cleaned daily. This was not the policy. When I asked about it I was met with a very curt explaination of the policy as if I should have just known this property's policies. There were other situations where the front desk staff was slow to respond and seemed very disinterested in assisting. I could not recommend this property.

On the 2nd day of my stay I needed to have my mattress adjusted because as I stated to the front desk I kept on slanting downwards on the bed i figured it out let the person that came to check know that they had a KING size mattress on a queen size bed frame so there was a 4-5 inch overhang. The man that came also acknowledged the problem and said he would let front desk know that they had the wrong mattress on the bed frame. On Saturday I also let them know that the air conditioner was making a lot of noise front desk said they would send someone over but as far as I know no one came and Also on Saturday I did go out and come back around 2 thinking that my room would be tidied up but it wasn’t so I just told the maid that was cleaning in the next room she didn’t have to do my room since I thought 2 pm was kinda late. I’m very pleased with your staff-from the day I checked in and checked out whoever was working (day n night shift) were really awesome and people friendly.

The property itself was fine, and for the price point it met our expectations. A couple of things could be improved: the pool's location felt a bit out of the way, and parking was a challenge...spaces near the unit were tight and first-come, first-served, so it often turned into a scramble.

There were maggots in the coffee machine, the man who checked me in had a lack of manners, didn’t greet me and my wife with a Hello or welcome in just asked for my ID. The place looked more like a motel than a hotel, the man said the elevator may get stuck when we used them so we decided to use the stairs the entire stay. The TV had a remote that only turned the volume up and change the Channel. Glad we brought my PlayStation had to use the TV buttons on the bottom of the TV that’s very difficult to find. couldn’t hook it up to the WiFi so had to use my hotspot. Also there is a deposit that you have to make and pay for parking that I wasn’t aware of until we got there
