"Service was "BAD"!"

"I was there for a conference and the property was clean and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom in my room was clean but the tub is small and the shower was a little quirky so not a 5 star. Would stay there again and recommend."

"The closet and bathroom were pretty dated. The carpet in the closet looked like it was from the 80’s, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 90’s; ultimately, showing quite a bit of wear and tear. I did have my own balcony which was nice, however, the plastic chair that was on the balcony was broken and the area on the balcony had not been cleaned or touched. I stated with two co-workers whose rooms were totally different. So, the property could be undergoing some upgrades...

"We always stay Omni San Diego and house keeping is always good, but this time bathroom had hairs in tub and sink and floor… and 2nd day, house keeping didn’t check/clean coffee maker so we didn’t have any coffee cups nor tea, sugar, no refill on keurig cups. No plastic bag in ice bucket. Hairs again in sink, on floor & toilet… at least shower curtain was clean which is always plus at Omni. (Many hotel’s shower curtain stink and moldy, but never Omni!) "

"From the minute we walked in to the lobby every one was very nice and sweet but mode then anything the font desk agent was kind and she even let us check-in elarly and also she give us complimentary upgrade which was amzing thing to do and room,lobby and the swimming pool and spa also was very clean and net."

"The Bahia offers all the benefits of vacationing with kids and pets. Their pool and spa are amazing. Equally amazing is they have staff that provides entertainment for the kids. We were allowed to bring our dog with us, for an additional fee of course, but it was worth it. They have a private beach as well. The restaurant has some pretty good tasting food. Walking distance to the Belmont park."
