The staff was very helpful and the property is well located, but the property is old and it shows in the maintenance of the rooms, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures are worn and leak a little bit, and the general feeling is of an old place that begs for a refurbishment. The lobby is cozy and the food at the restaurant for breakfast is good.

Overall a great experience. Central location, can walk to everything. Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby and main floor are beautiful, great breakfast to start each day, amazing hot tub and pool area, please note you must make reservations for the hot tubs, something new to us. Rooms were ok, a bit dated, but overall a great experience.

Room nice and clean although a little small. Service was unobtrusive and the restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi also outstanding. Breakfast was good and location convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Other hotels may have a better lake view.

The room had a beautiful view. When it rained, it rained inside the room. We had to put towels to disk the water. No AC, but it was cold so we did not need it. I recommend the hotel.

Great view- a little noisy at night

The hotel room was huge with a mini fridge and huge bed. We booked a lake view and it was perfect- basically the whole of the front of the room was window and looked across the lake. It was lovely. The hotel is opposite a night club that did disturb us at the weekend.

I stayed at the Sheraton in Bariloche, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were in good condition. Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products. The room I stayed in had some aspects that could be improved: the furniture and TV felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was quite intense and spot-focused, which wasn’t ideal for taking photos. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the relaxation room with lounge chairs, offering a beautiful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the sunsets—definitely a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and recommendable stay.

The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and jacuzzis are amazing - stunning views sitting in the jacuzzi looking at the lake and mountains. Same for the views for the rooms facing the lake.

The room was not quite what we expected from a Sheraton. It looks like the hotel as a whole needs an upgrade. The only part that looks renovated was the lobby. The rest looks shabby and in need of improvement. Specially the bathroom.

Pelo preço cobrado esperava um encontrar um excelente serviço. Apesar da localização ser boa, o café da manhã é muito simples e todos os dias com as mesmas opções. Os quartos são velhos, o banheiro também. O nosso estava com a porta quebrada e com uma aranha no teto. O aquecimento central não funcionou em dois dias dos seis que ficamos. Reclamamos e não foi resolvido. Muito barulho externo, atrapalhando o descanso. No momento da saída, solicitamos o cancelamento da caução exigida no check in e fomos surpreendidos por não encontrarem a pré autorização no sistema. Saímos sem resolver a situação da pre autorização, apenas com a promessa de que seria resolvido.
