Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Accomodation was basic and clean. Food was good albeit a small restaurant. Staff very friendly. Excellent value for money and i would most certainly return.

Lovely smaller property than some of the oversized hotels around the area. Staff were always polite, smiling and helpful. Even the house keeping wasn't a bother if you didn't require any new towels or bins to be emptied that day. Pool area was exceptionally clean. The food was as to be expected, but having multiple meat and fish options aswell as the usual options was really nice. The pool side bar was often staffed and they had no problems with you stocking ion with drinks to take to your apartment just before they closed late each night. The late night reception staff were really helpful getting us a late night taxi and was often ringing the taxi firm to hurry them up for us. Was our first time in gran caneria and we'd love to return to both the island and bungalow oasis club 5* we gave it

Quite a date hotel, but fine. All inclusive food was really poor, and struggled to find anything I would eat. The price was good, so probably wouldn’t have minded so much if there was other restaurants close by, but everything is either half hour walk or taxi ride away. My room was right by the pool, and every evening they played loud music which would be fine if enjoying the entertainment but I like to go out late and have a nap before hand, which was next to impossible with live singers and karaoke right outside my door.

Good value for money

The most important first. If you book 2-star all-inclusive holiday apartamentos - do not expect the same standard that 5-star hotels have. There is not much around, but you can have a 30-minute walk to the Maspalomas lighthouse. The accommodation is very worn and should have been renovated years ago. The cleaning is done five times weekly and the ladies change towels every time. The water pressure is down every morning when everybody wants to have shover. Maybe it is a good idea to book a "de luxe" apartment with a large balcony. But one more time - this is a 2-star place. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are plentiful and the variety is large. The food may be basic, but there is nothing to complain about. Excellent value for money. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. You can have beer, wine, water etc. as you want as self-service. There is also a pool bar with cocktails, beer, wine, and refreshments all included in the price. So if you want good value for money and also understand not to expect too much, then this a good choice.

Maden var ikke god, det var kedeligt og de varme retter blev ikke vedligeholdt så fx spaghettien var enten tørret ind eller meget udkogt. Endte med at købe mad ude det meste af ferien. Vi benyttede os slet ikke af poolen da vi ikke synes den var særlig indbydende. Værelset var vi glade for det var fint og dejligt med egen tagterrasse. Desværre ikke et sted vi ville tage hen igen. Bar personalet specielt den ene bartender var meget smilende, servicemindet og var altid klar til en snak.

Absolut, här är ett förslag som är tydligt men ändå sakligt och mänskligt i tonen: ⸻ Tyvärr lever detta hotell inte alls upp till förväntningarna, särskilt med tanke på priset. Informationen om buss till stranden stämmer inte riktigt. Det är gångavstånd till stranden, cirka 30 minuter. Det går bussar precis utanför hotellområdet, men inte “hela tiden” som utlovat. Det absolut sämsta är maten. Vi hade all inclusive men valde ändå att äta ute eftersom maten var extremt dålig, både i kvalitet och tillagning. Det var verkligen under all kritik och förstörde mycket av upplevelsen. Positivt är att sängarna är sköna och personalen trevlig. Det är ett litet hotell med lugn stämning och behagliga gäster. Poolhanddukar hyrs ut, men dessa upplevs ofta som kvarglömda handdukar från andra gäster. Ingen musik spelas mellan kl. 15–17 på grund av siesta. Sammanfattningsvis kan jag tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell. Vi betalade mycket för resan och jag kan inte förstå mitt val i efterhand. Om man kan leva med slitna miljöer och framför allt mycket dålig mat kanske det fungerar – men för oss gjorde det inte det.

Aangenaam en gezellig bungalowpark. Gezellig terras en buitenbar. Voldoende ligzetels. Mooi zwembad. Rustige omgeving. Buffet was deze keer wel wat minder dan de vorige keer toen we hier waren (februari). Kamers (appartementjes) kunnen een update en verfrissing gebruiken. De douche was boven en regelmatig kwamen er door een luik in het plafond waterdruppels naar beneden.

Struttura ideale se non si hanno grosse pretese. Le camere sono datate con spazi risicati (l'anta dell'armadio non si apriva perche sbatteva sul letto) e pulizia scarsa nelle zone comuni, soprattutto nella zona ristorante. Cucina di scarsa qualità e varietà, pensata più per una clientela nord europea. Ottima invece la posizione, a pochi minuti dalle Dune e dal lungomare di Maspalomas, comodo parcheggio e personale gentile.

La comida bastante bien para lo que se paga, el alojamiento es antiguo con un mantenimiento básico, necesitaría renovarse un poco, el personal muy muy agradable a escepcion de el señor gordete mayor de recepcion que tenía siempre una cara y una simpatía que parecía que le debieras algo, el resto magisimos y educados, en general un sitio agradable acogedor al que se puede volver perfectamente
