This was the absolute worst MOTEL we have EVER stayed in. The property was not taken care of and every part of the property smelled horrible!!! Our bathroom had mold and mildew, no amenities, had to go ask for shampoo and soap. Will never stay there again!!

Sonesta ES Suites San Antonio Downtown Alamo Plaza
The breakfast was fresh, but the menu never changed. When we arrived, the water wasn't working in the whole hotel, and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid for the room. Menger Hotel
Street in front of hotel no longer exists and we spend an hour trying to get there. When I called for assistance phone was answered and cut off. We finally just parked and walked to hotel luggage and all. Never again.
