"The day started off kind of rough. First, we got room 517, and the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned. The bed wasn’t made, everything was left undone, and it looked like someone had just walked out of the room. There was even a remote left on the bed.
Then we got transferred to room 518, but when we got there, all the sheets and bedding were completely off the bed and the room still wasn’t ready.
After going back downstairs again, the receptionist gave us towels and moved us to room 306. That room was okay at first, but it didn’t have any wash rags, so I had to go back downstairs to get one. The shower was also messed up, the toilet was a little dirty, and the bathroom floor was dirty enough that we actually went across to Walmart and bought shower shoes just so we wouldn’t have to walk barefoot on the floor.
That was basically our experience during the stay."
