Air conditioning could be better and i little touch up of the inside would help. All superficial but just a comment. Do not hesitate to book this suberb hotel. "

"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."

The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste and preference. We were fortunate to stay during the Christmas holidays, and the hotel organized a fantastic program throughout the day, filled with fun activities and festive cheer. The highlight of the celebrations was the special Christmas dinner, featuring a delicious turkey that delighted everyone.
Over the course of our seven-day stay, we fully recharged, soaked in positive vibes, and created wonderful memories. Most importantly, we left with a strong desire to return. Once again, I must emphasize how incredible the hotel staff are – they truly make your stay unforgettable and always go the extra mile to accommodate guests.
