"I was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3..
The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room.
The breakfast was with very limited choices. "

"Me and my wife stayed 1 night only. Check in and check out were fast, but they asked me for 200 SR as deposit i dunno why cause the minibar has only 2 cans of Colca Cola!!
There is no signs and guidance for the arrangement of guests rooms infront of the elevator so we walked whole the corridor looking and searching for our room!
We booked as 2 guests but they only provided us with one towel and one slippers, when I asked to diuble them they brought only one extra medium towel and then they said...
"I arrived 2 hours late due to traffic from the airport.
I went to the address on this site. IT WAS NOT THE CORRECT HOTEL.
I went to another Almuhaid and it wasn't right either.
So i spent another hour walking with my luggage on the streets of Riyadh after 12 am. I t was NOT a pleasant experience."
