"Good for"

"The view was amazing but I booked early to get a ground floor. There was alot of beach erosion and they moved us to a top floor. I asked if we could have the ground floor and they said no! Im handicapped so it was a problem! When the people came in Friday night and we were leaving Saturday morning they said no one asked them or they definitely would have switched with us!"

"The shower was plugged and would not drain, the toilet was leaking and the dryer did not work, I called the office that stated it was open from 9-8 I called 7 times and got no answer and no option to leave a voicemail, I also messaged the property and got no response again, so when I checked out and told the receptionist what happened she stated I wish you would have called and I informed her that I did and she stated she had left the office around 550 and I had called around 6-630 so she had already left said she would have someone go out and check the issues going on and as far as the dryer goes it does work however there is a special trick to getting it to work and to top it off your not only paying for the rental of the duplex you also have to pay $1.50 to wash a load of laundry as well as $1 to dry the laundry. I will never again and wish I would not of rented this property to begin with."

" Easy check in at 5pm. Room was fine except TV didn't work first night but next morning the maintenance guy fixed TV access. Very convenient location for fishing the OBX."

"This is an older hotel with the rooms being dated but clean. We have stayed here multiple times and would definitely come back. Great location. Friendly staff."
