I saw this old knot in a tree and then looked inside. It was a bird's home. But part of me thought on the novel, 'To kill a Mockingbird' and the knot in the tree where Jem and Scout traded things with Boo Radley. Then the light changed, creating this interesting halo, as if to highlight the knot.

Touched by an angel. Late in the day on a cold, exhausting, afternoon, I saw this miraculous sight of a woman looking for spiritual inspiration. Something tells me, she found it.
