Very charming hotel, food was absolutely divine, staff are very friendly and attentive. The only criticism is I was in room 10 and the noise outside which I think is an air conditioning unit of some description was very noisy through the whole night.

Lovely small property with so much character, lovely staff and food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The stairs are a little wonky, as others have noted, but if you don't mind a bit of a tilt, they are quite manageable!

The Chapter House lived up to expectations as reported in the reviews. The staff was great-friendly and helpful. Our dinner was the best we had in town. It was convenient to walk about town and to drive to surrounding destinations.

Very easy to get to from the train station and very central to shops and restaurants. The cathedral is just across the street. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Although the building is over 500 years old the rooms are roomy, nice and clean!! Loved this place!
