Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I went to use the pool but it was not very clean with debris floating on the top. The continental breakfast was good but the coffee was not.

We always stay at the hotel. Its always clean and the staff are great and friendly. I loved, loved the smell as we walked in. We also like the fact that we can walk down to the vinyard. Just wish it didn't close on us at 3:00. And the trail leading to the vinyard needs some attention. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a long time. Used to have gravel on the walkway and there were rocks we used to sit on for photos. All covered. Not sure who keeps up with that, but could you pass the word on?

Our room was really small but nice,the tub looked dirty though. Didn't interact much with staff. Lady at desk was friendly. Breakfast was excellent except for the bacon that was barely cooked

The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff was excellent especially the lady on first shift. She was very helpful and understanding of the handicap. I recommend this place and would gladly stay again. One of the best Sleep Inns I've been too.

The smoke alarm went off every few minutes from about 5:30 am till 7:30 am. It was not cool. Otherwise breakfast was way better than expected with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. The staff was very nice. We were just so tired driving home.

The room was decent until the bathroom above started leaking onto our bathroom floor. They wanted to move us at 9:30 at night but I said no. I am partially handicapped and was tired and didn’t want to hassle packing everything up and moving. They found it to be the shower above us and it did stop. You could clearly see the ceiling had been patched before. After that fiasco the front desk guy said my husband was getting violent but he was not violent with them at all! We were just tired and didn’t not want to move. Then the next day the hair dryer did not work but they provided me a new one. The smoker’s picnic table was right outside our window so we were bothered by people out there all times of night and early morning. Our neighbors said they were bothered by their noise also. This table clearly needs to be moved away from rooms . Parking was very limited with only one handicap spot. Overall the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The lady working the daytime was excellent! Check in was quick and she provided restaurant suggestions. She was truly a nice lady!

The room was surprisingly clean given the exterior of the property. No bugs/mice. Mattress and pillows were great, linens were fresh/no odor/not damaged. The parking lot a bit scary: low visibility, lots of hiding places, and rowdy non-guests milling around. Exterior building door locks were broken. Our door was rattled several times in the night. Hallways were dark and stunk with weed and urine. Our room luckily had no odor. We kept our reservation because the room felt clean and we were armed. Not for the elderly, families, or individuals. Safety in numbers. Staff was polite and kind.
