ANA Holiday Inn Resort Karuizawa by IHG
The proximity to the snow park was amazing but the service from the staff is what i will remember about the resort. They were all very lovely and welcoming! Excellent job team!!! 👍

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Nagano-Ueda
The hotel was close to the train station, but it was quiet. The staff was nice. I had a massage which was great. The room was clean and comfortable.
