"The pictures on website are not interesting but the actual view at the hotel is wonderful. Our room has river view with natural water fall sound all night, very fresh air and atmosphere. Hotel has good management both of cleaning and service. The location is in the mountain that far from convenience things."

"This was my second time in Kurokawa Onsen. I really enjoyed my stay at Yumerindo. Although there was some communication barrier with the staff about booking a shuttle bus to pick me up from the bus stop, I later found out that the ryokan is very close to the bus stop. (Google map somehow marked the stop incorrectly and said the distance was 600 m. - which was still walking distance, but not in the rain or snow). "The place offers deep tubs in each room as well as a public ofuro. I didn't get to use the (milky way) onservatory due to weather conditions, but it is available. The best part for my stay was however was due to the friendly owner. He had given me info for best local spots and I enjoyed my chat with him. Hope his business prospers."
