매우 만족스러운 숙박

매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 이곳에 묵기 직전에도 벳부의 료칸에서 하룻밤 지냈지만 차원이 다르네요. 전통적인 료칸 체험은 물론이고 파인다이닝급의 식사와 도심에 있는 수준의 바가 있어 맛있는 생맥주와 여러가지 위스키를 즐길수도 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 말할것도 없고요.

정갈한 음식과 완벽에 가까운 서비스. 그리고 친절한 스텝들의 접객에서 진정한 마음의 치유를 느낄수 있었습니다. 수십년간 여러 호텔과 료칸을 다녀왔지만, 작은부분의 세심한 배려를 느낄수 있는 숙소는 여기가 유일한것 같습니다. 가을과 겨울에 방문했었지만, 여름도 꽤나 좋을것 같습니다.

일본 최고의 료칸

지난해 한번 방문이후 두번째 방문이었습니다. 여전히 친절한 접객과 훌륭한 서비스는 변함이 없네요. 여름에 방문할때와는 또다른 매력이 넘치는 곳입니다. 석식 가이세키요리는 지난번 방문때와는 완전히 다른 종류의 계절음식이 준비되어 여행의 재미를 2배로 만들어 준것 같습니다. 여건만 허락한다면 조만간 또 방문하고 싶네요.

매우 만족합니다.

와이프 생일을 맞이 해서 방문했습니다. 가족단위가 오기에 좋은 시설이었고, 모든 스텝이 친절해서 같이간 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 석식으로 즐긴 가이세키요리도 어디에서도 맛볼수 없는 훌륭한 수준이었으며, 조식또한 간결하지만 하나하나 정성이 가득 담긴 느낌이었습니다. 돌아온지 하루도 안되었지만, 벌써 와이프는 친정식구들과 다시 올 계획을 짜고 있네요... 사진으로 느낄수 없는 완벽한 료칸의 문화를 제대로 느끼고 왔습니다.

是目前我在日本住過最舒適幽靜的傳統溫泉旅館。所有服務人員都非常友善。温泉，溪流，森林都讓身心獲得充分的放鬆。翌日，退房後，服務人員送我到車站後，還再次折返在列車還未進站時和站務人員確認我有沒有坐對方向的車，非常貼心！絕對會再次回訪！

다 좋았습니다. 체크 아웃 하기 직전까지는..100점 만점이었습니다. 그런데..주차장이 바로 앞도 아니고 계단까지 있는데..손님이 직접 짐을 들고 가게 만들더군요. 10년 넘게 일본 여행 때마다 료칸만 스무 군데도 더 가봤지만..이런 고급 료칸 중에 손님이 직접 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르게 만드는 곳은 단 한 군데도 없었습니다. 다른 건 다 만점 짜리 서비스였는데..이 점 만큼은 반드시 개선해야 할 치명적인 오점이 아닌가 싶습니다. 물론 지극히 개인적인 생각입니다. 손님 중엔 별 일 아니라고 생각하는 분들도 계실 테니까요..하지만 저처럼 힘없는 60대 이상 분들은 참고하시는 게 좋을 것 같아서 후기에 남깁니다.

お風呂の数が多くてびっくりでした。滝を見下ろす露天風呂は、最高でした。内風呂がある部屋だったのですが、湯加減も最高だった。食事も、大変美味しく頂きました。

子連れでしたが、とても配慮くださりスタッフ皆様に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。館内はとても清潔で、お風呂の美しさ（館内外湯、内湯、貸切）に驚いたのと、料理が特に感動ものでした。どの料理も料理長のこだわりを感じ、創意工夫が感じられ味もとても美味しいものでした。お忍びで著名人が利用しても良いくらいに、プライバシーの面も安心だと思います。山奥にありますが、隠れ家旅館として、みなさまに是非おすすめの旅館です。ちなみに私どもの利用した時期は、ホタルが見られ、夜ホタルツアーも無料でしてくださいました。季節を楽しめる旅館です。

It is in a very unique place Middle of no where inside the mountain It give you a a feeling of a very exciting and so different to the busy lifestyle we have in the city The building is nicely done with wood and surrounded by trees, it is so pretty and defo will revisit very soon

아마가세 산소덴스이와 히타 가야우사기호텔이 형제 호텔이더군요.참고하셔서 두곳다즐기면 다양한 식사를 맛볼수있습니다. 사쿠라폭포가 보이는 온천이라 매우 절경이라는점..미슐랭 쉐프의 정성어린 식사를 할수있다는점. 단점은 자연속에 있다보니 벌레가 좀 많습니다.
