"The room was very small. The bathroom was extremely tiny with very little room to do anything. We arrived at 1:45 pm and were told that check-in time was 3:00 pm. We requested if we can get a room early if available. We were informed that it would be 2000 yen per hour and since we arrived at 15 minutes ..."
