I love this property Pool is beautiful Indoor and outdoor Hot tubs too 3 in total) Facility is very clean Quiet and vibrant A lot of greenery too Guests were mostly very friendly and very kind but few were very strict about my son splashing or talking or having a free swim I felt it is more a quiet place for kids very relaxing but not noisy with the kids

The Room was good the service was very good even the restaurant served reallly good food. The parking was rare we had hard finding a parking.

In terms of the big things it s a nice place. Where they lose stars is the little things as in there’s a lot of little things which add up (like vending machines that give you warm drinks after refusing any coins but quarters.) Glad I went but with all the other hotels/motels in the area I’d probably try another next time.

Everything was wonderful! The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic, the workers and people are lovely. The room is nice and as described. The only thing was the hot tubs were a bit dirty and would have needed to be cleaned. Besides that overall was very nice to stay there

Nous avons adoré le service, le coin charmant et la tranquillité. Rien à dire de négatif sauf qu’on était déçu qu’il n’y avait plus de court de tennis (tel qu’indiqué sur le site ou nous avons fait notre réservation). Merci encore 😊

We went last year and had a great time. This year was not as great. Outside construction made parking very difficult. The two outdoor jacuzzis were not working so we were limited to the one indoor jacuzzi - which was always in use. Rules for the indoor pool were not enforced. Kids jumping in the pool and being very loud made it hard to relax. Also, the 20 person limit is not enforced. However, room cleaning was excellent and timely.

Spent a great weekend here. Pool and hot tub areas were clean, restaurant on site was delicious and huge portions. Staff at front desk very kind and helpful. Went skiing at belle neige 5 mins down the road.

It was okay. Had a lot to offer for amenities: restaurant, spa, pool, etc. The hot tub honestly didn’t look enticing so we didn’t bother (low water and not clear). Restaurant (menus not in English) was quite busy and had to wait but the food itself tasted great. We knew room was only $140. However, super close in proximity to Chantecler Resort. Thanks

The parking is very limited this winter. With an overflow lot being a good walk away. The hotel room was a really good size and had a wood-burning fireplace (which you need to call someone to use). The indoor pool was warm and bigger than many other hotels. The pool deck has nice lounge options. The restaurant is average but the convenience makes up for it because there are not any other options close by. I’d go back in the winter.

Couple overnight relaxation
We love Excelsior for the warm greeting when we arrive, to the wonderful warm pool and hot tubs. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious and price-quality is excellent. The hotel is showing age and could use a few renovation touch ups, but everything is clean.

Bathroom, not so clean, closet door broken, hanging clothes difficult. Not enough parking for all the clients causing people to park in snowbanks. We can’t comment on the pool or spa, as we did not use those. Salle de Bain pas très propre, la porte de garde robe était coincé ce qui complique l’accès aux cintres. Il n’y avait pas assez de places de stationnement pour les clients, les gens ce stationné dans les banc de neiges le long de l’accès au stationnement. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la piscine, donc on ne peut donner d’avis.

The lady at the front desk looked annoyed that we had book through this site. She was cold and unwelcoming. We went there for the pool and the hottub. Both outdoor hottub was out of service, altough they adviticed it as fonctionnal. Our room was situated beside de front desk. We could hear the staff talking ans coocking there meal. Very dispointing.
