"This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at when in France, goose down white quilts, fresh bed linens, fluffy soft pillows, and comfortable mattress allow a weary vacationer/traveler to get a good night's sleep. The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. "Great location. A bit difficult to drive to the hotel. Better use map and following hotel sign. Don't 100% trust GPS. We love this hotel. It was clean and comfort. Car park entrance is narrow but not a big problem as people mentioned. We spent one night here and wished to stay longer. Rouen is lovely town."
