"We enjoyed the hot tub, the room was clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We could have used more small spoons and some plastic drinking cups. In the bedroom with the window, I found that the curtain did not adequately cover the window. There was alot of light coming through at night. The games room was constantly occupied due to March break. We were never able to play pool. In general, there wasn't enough light in the living area. Overall we enoyed our stay and would definitely return in the summer. "

"Room was not ready at 3pm. Front desk gave us the key but when we went to the room it was still being cleaned. Better communication would have avoided us going up with our bags and wait front of our room for it to be ready. No privacy in the room. Unable to open the window curtain (window and the entrance facing the hallway). Room cleaning is not included. If you request is by leaving the sign on the door, sign will be removed without cleaning the room. Parking is an issue. Up on the hill is not safe to park and sometimes if you park, you cannot leave due to other cars blocking. Although the reception informed us this is a known issue, they do not track the vehicles (not taking plate numbers)."

"The location is perfect, right next to gondola. It’s a huge convenience to get to ski lifts. And when u come down , u can actually ski down and the trial stop exactly cross the street from hotel. The breakfast- so so, defin has a lot more to desire. Amenities- didn’t use, too small , too awkward . Parking is inside the garage, very convenient "

"Nice hotel, very good location, friendly staff. Lots of activities for kids and the outside skating in the forest was very nice :) But the room ( deluxe suite, 3rd floor ) was tired and would really really need renovation… we thought it was quite expensive for what we got. We ate at restaurant, quite expensive also and good but not excellent : part of the main dish ( truit) was cold unfortunately and the filet mignon was good but not great... and service was kind of scarce. "
