"Checked in for 1 night. Staff could not find my hotels.com reservation on their system. Had to show them my email confirmation for rate. Had a room with 1 king, zero issues, nice and clean. Did not use the pool area. I included breakfast when reserving and it was a buffet breakfast with good selection. ..."

"There is no bathroom inside the unit. You have to walk down a hill. Enter a code and take stairs up into the home owners kitchen to use their bathroom. Which was not clean and hair on the toilet seat and floor. This WAS NOT listed on the main page when booking! Shame on you for misleading this listing! ..."
