"This is primarily an assisted living facility. The entrance was locked before we arrived and it was necessary to call security to let us in. No one spoke English. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it.
