Bonjour Madame, Monsieur, Je tenais à vous faire un retour de ma nuit passée dans votre établissement dans la chambre N 10. Malheureusement ma nuit n'a vraiment pas été bonne. En effet, je déplore la qualité de votre insonorisation entre les différentes chambres et parties communes et vous invite très sérieusement à revoir vos isolations phoniques. J'entendais les vas et viens des personnes qui sortaient ou entraient dans leur chambres lorsque j'étais dans la partie cuisine du bas mais surtout au moment du coucher, j'entendais littéralement tout dans la chambre à côté. J'entendais les conversations des personnes alors même qu'ils ne faisaient que parler, ainsi que la télévision alirs qu'elle était à un son très raisonnable mais surtout (et le plus gênant) j'ai entendu leur ebats amoureux alors même qu'ils ne criaient pas non plus... Je ne vous mettrai aucunes mauvaises notes sur vos sites ou celui d'hôtel.com car les autres prestations étaient très correct (ménage impeccable, odeur agréable en entrant dans la chambre, type de logement, literie, etc) Ce message n'a pour seul but de vous aider dans votre expérience client. App. met een verdieping. Slaapkamer boven via krakende wenteltrap. Lekker bed, fijne kussens. Keuken uitgerust om een eenvoudige maaltijd te maken. Prima douche. Geen eigen terras, wel een groot terras voor de accommodatie. Gratis parkeren achter een hek met code. Prima doorreishotel. Geen codes ontvangen, bij aankomst met alleen franssprekende persoon na 10 min de codes per SMS ontvangen.

Prachtig plekje en ontzettend fijn appartementje van alle gemakken voorzien. We waren nu op doorreis maar wellicht plannen we volgend jaar een dagje extra in.

2 eme séjour et une déception cette fois ci .. logée au 2 eme étage , moins lumineux , éclairé par du velux et surtout peu adapté à la situation sanitaire .. nous réservons dans ce type de logement pour pouvoir nous faire à manger .. et une poêle clairement usagée , pas de verre à pieds , ni de tasse à café , aucun couteau pour couper du pain, pas de grille pain .. bref la cuisine pas au niveau des conditions sanitaires , même si sur un court séjour , on devrait pouvoir avoir plus d équipement .

bonne communication avant l'arrivée par sms et mail. chambre agréable et calme. petit déjeuner bien servi. pas de réception donc bien prendre en compte les informations envoyées par mail et sms au risque de rester dehors. pour monter à l'étage, escalier très exiguë. A prendre en considération pour de gros bagages ou personnes corpulentes.

Petit appartement très confortable, pratique et calme. Pour un côté encore plus pratique, je rajouterais une petite table de nuit près du lit et un mode d'emploi pour la plaque chauffante vitro-céramique (je suis encore au gaz).
