"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I picked it instead of the more expensive conference hotel that was on offer. Location was great to get to the Byward market. Breakfast was appropriate for a grab and go, and the gym facilities were nicely maintained. I liked the luggage storage lockers. Customer service was excellent. In-room kitchen was well stocked with gear to make light meals and snacks. One downsize was with no offsite parking, they recommended a parking garage around the corner. I didn't mind the walk, but the garage access itself was confusing, isolated and required going through a building that was under construction. I did not feel safe as a solo female. "

For the price we paid, at least a continental breakfast should have been included. Breakfast 28 dollars! The sheets were very rough. For a 4 star hotel I expected much better!!!!"
