"We booked a 2-bedroom “villa” however when we got to our “villa” it looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Not only that but it was in the very back of the property almost in a separate unit called “villa memosa”. These looked completely different from all the rest o the units at the resort. It was my 40th bday and we complained. Fortunately the staff was receptive and showed us some of the 3 bedroom villas which were more like what we had seen when booking. "Our room was very large and very clean. The huge balcony was well-equipped with lounge chairs and a dining area. The view was spectacular! The pool was very warm and clean, and getting a welcome drink was a nice bonus. The daily breakfast was tasty and had lots of options."

"This property was really nice. Seemed new. Thoughtful note and welcome basket. Receptionist was very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped. I highly recommend. My only caveat is to bring your own water as the water from the tap tasted undrinkable. "
