The hallway stunk of garbage and cat/dog poop so bad we had to cover our noses to get to our room. The outside had trash and broken glass right out dront and garbage throughout the area. The room was cleab but carpet was very dirty. While we were there a woman was overdosing in deugs and there were police and emt and ambulance there. It was not very quiet so we had to leave the tv on all day and night.

The hallways smelt of weed. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bathroom. No coffee or coffee machine. Bathroom was poorly lit and there was an extremely loud exhaust fan in the bathroom.

I like that they give coffee, tea, hot chocolate and muffins in the morning but what I don’t like is the up kept and quality of the rooms. One room had black mold or moisture in the ceiling bathroom it looked like something out of a scary movie and the room they moved me to smelt like cigarettes and marijuana like it was in the walls I couldn’t sleep because the room smelt so bad opening up the windows did not help at all and the room looked real bad beat up bad chipped paint from the frig and walls just terrible. But the staff is always nice

Hotel is a bit of a rundown. Lobby had a smell. We were assigned initially a room that had a strong smoke smell but staff was able to put us in a different room which was better. A bit noisy, heard people shouting in the middle lf the night.

The room was not clean and smelled bad. The kitchenware provided was of bad quality, insufficient and not to the mark. Bedding and linen was of bad quality. Breakfast was not up to the mark, it’s not appropriate for a to-go breakfast. The staffs behavior was rude and disrespectful. They did not care and about the customer and were confrontational. There was no room service provided and unbecoming of an hotel. The overall experience was very unpleasant.

As soon as I got to the property the front entry doors were nasty and dirty. When I went in they were cleaning something and the place smelt like a wet dog. Then I go to my room and there are no dishes to be used. You have to go downstairs and they give you a bucket with dishes to take up. They advertise continental breakfast, but there view of a continental breakfast was coffee and a muffin. I was not impressed with that place and I would never go again.

Had to stay for a week due to house being worked on. Staff was nice and room was decent. The property was somewhat maintained, but a bit dirty. Rooms was somewhat clean. You get coffee, nutrigrain bar or muffin. It’s perfect for a week for travel if you don’t need any amenities. Every staff member was friendly and the property and my stay was quiet.

We stayed two nights in a king studio with a kitchenette… no cooking utensils pots or pan.s… no plates or silverware… no coffee pot. We could not get into our room with our key card both nights making three trips to the front desk each night. We were on the second floor. There were no coffee cups available at the grab and go breakfast station Saturday morning as they ran out. Sunday morning they ran out of hot coffee. I will never stay here again.

The room was not bad, but you can tell they haven’t updated in a long time. The staff was nice and helpful for the most part, but the noise was terrible. Both nights we could people arguing and kicking each other out of the rooms, the doors slamming all night long. And the halls were not cleaned because when we checked in the hall floors seemed to been vacuum but that night it was full of gold confetti and it stayed there the 3 days we were there.
