"The hotel was nice, in an excellent condition. The cleaning staff seems to be somewhat rude, as we found our items thrown around the bathroom after their visit; they also seem to have shake our suitcases while moving them around, as their content was not in the order we left it. The area around Berliner Tor station was turned into a massive construction ground, which made the access to the hotel very inconvenient. "
"Das Personal war sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war umwerfend. Eine unglaublich große Auswahl und täglich wechselnde Speisen. Direkt in der Nähe die S-Bahn Haltestelle und nicht weit entfernt kann man im Kaufland gut einkaufen. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Vor allem auch, weil es auf Nachhaltigkeit achtet. "
