"It was a long wait to get our room ready on first day. Ismail (the concierge) was very helpful and tried to speed up the process. One of the door giving on the garden in our room was broken. We waited two days to get it fixed. Otherwise, the bedrooms were brand new, spacious and clean. The food in this property is flavourless, and the same every day, which is a shame. "The bedroom was good but I was different and less nicer from the one on the pictures, but it had everything that we needed so it was okay. We checked in really late and they were very kind to be available for us, and they also communicated with me very well through WhatsApp. We had an early morning so we couldn’t eat breakfast because it started at 9am and we left before that time."
