"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie.
Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte.
Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen.
Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Frühstück und Personal 5 Sterne, Zimmer leider nur 2, da es sich um ein (Kur-)Klinikzimmer handelte. Entsprechend war der Charme des Zimmers.
Im Wellnessbereich waren wir nicht, bei der Ankunft wurde uns allerdings mitgeteilt, dass der Zugang nicht im Preis enthalten sei und 20€ p.P. extra kostet. Bei 2 Personen steigt der Übernachtungspreis dann um schlappe 40%. Das Problem sei bekannt und beträfe nur Buchungen über Expedia. Da sei man bereits im Gespräch. Ein kostenloser Zutritt zum...

"Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett.
Das Einzige, was etwas störte, war, dass das Zimmer keine Möglichkeit zur Verdunklung der Fenster bot, so dass es nachts relativ hell im Zimmer war. Hier wären Innenrollos...

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding.
The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch.
The sauna area which we had to ourselves was...

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! "We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration.
It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you .
