"Located next to good amenities and town centre, but quite busy road to front so can be quite noisy via windows day and night. Bed was clean and crisp, but bath and sink had hairs from previous guest. Car park to rear with 10/12 spaces. Lots of floor boards creaked. "

When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. Cutlery & utensils were rusty & in very poor condition. "Our stay was very comfortable and it was a great location for our stopover between Scotland and Devon. The host was very efficient, friendly and accommodating to our needs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was the en suite bathroom which had a sensor light. This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny.
