"Very welcoming staff. They were all nice and kind, sharing a lot of places to visit. Cleaning was done every day.
The bus stop was near the property which makes it much easier to roam around central florence.

"We really loved staying in this hotel. Our room was in a detached house and it was beutiful, very big, clean. Parking is paid 25e per night, not really cheap and it is a small parking so make sure to reserve it. One things that was not clear mentioned and it is misleading is the pool. It is not included in the price and as breakfast, parking, it is extra charge for it. Gym was amazing and definitely made this experience even better. "
"The check-in staff were nicely cordial, informative about hotel and surrounding area.
Our room/suite was real nice, kept clean, stocked with water, coffee and clean towels. In addition we never saw the cleaning staff.
The pool, lounge and dining areas were okay, but a little tight for space. I believe they did the best they could with the space they had.
Breakfast buffet food quality was okay, but limited for the cost. I found the dining menu having the same issue as breakfast.

"Francesca was very helpful and knowledgeable. The B&B is like staying at a friend’s house. Beautiful and comfortable common areas to commune with fellow travelers on the patio and in the sitting space. Very clean with all the amenities of home. We will return. Nothing negative. Perfecto. "
"Eine wirklich gute möglichkeit Florenz zu erleben. Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, deshalb war unser Plan erst mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt zu fahren. Wir haben dann aber bemerkt das es eine Bushaltestelle nur 4 Minuten entfernt gibt (Linie11). Für nur 1,7€ kann man so in die Altstadt kommen. Top! So steht das Auto sicher im Hotel und man spart noch Parkgebühren!!!"
"This place is very well located between train terminal and the cathedral and lots of shopping and restaurants around. My wife , I and my teenage kids were very happy with our choice to stay at this hotel. Front desk and the breakfast team were amazing and very kind peoples. I will definitely recommend this place ! "
"Property was cute, large room, beds super comfortable and the front desk clerks were super helpful. Did not like not knowing parking around the area. We were there onky 24 hours but wish it was longer."
