Staff was very friendly and full of helpful recommendations. I was surprised to find that it’s situated next to the Donjon Tower (aka the Joan of Arc Tower). Great location near all the best sites!

Whilst we did not use the spa facilities, they looked very welcoming as did the entire Hotel which is well situated in the historic old part of Rouen
