"Great location and friendly staff"

"We stayed for eight nights. The staff is very helpful and polite. The room was clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The only thing that gave an impression other than cleanliness is the hotel carpet, both in the room and the hallway and stairs. It is worn and it has been cleaned many times to remove stains. I would still consider the room clean regardless but it gave a poor impression. Don’t get me wrong, I was very happy with my stay and I would stay again. Should you book a room here don’t hesitate to include the breakfast. It was very very nice and the staff made it even more enjoyable. Thank you Hotel Grand Bellevue."

"During our stay in Lille, the weather was around 28°C. Although the room didn’t have air conditioning, it was surprisingly comfortable and not too hot. The hotel provided a fan as per requested, which was very helpful. The price was very reasonable, especially considering that both free parking and breakfast were included. Overall, it was great value for money."

"Very clean and bright room! The woman at reception was extremely helpful and kind. I did purchase the breakfast for children and I would say that it was lacking for the price. There are a lot of bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance which would be a better value. It was nice that the hotel offered free coffee and hot drinks throughout the day."

"A lovely stay in the centre of Lille. The front views were great for people watching as the city came to life as the hours went by In the morning. Coffee on the terrace was a wonderful experience. Aswell as the rooms being cosy and compact. The shower was excellent and very powerful. Even though there was no AC the Fan left in the room done an excellent job of keeping us cool during the night whilst being quiet enough for us to have a great nights sleep. Overall experience very good and staff were always pleasant throughout our stay."
