Lovely hotel

Such a great location. Lovely little apartments with a compact but well equipped kitchenette plus a fridge. The beds are so comfortable too. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have been back three times and hope to stay again soon.

This is such a lovely hotel to stay at. Our room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. A well stocked kitchenette if you wanted to cook for yourself The hotel was quiet despite seeming to have a lot of guests. Great location not too far from the centre of Lille. If I am in Lille this is where I choose to stay. The staff are helpful and friendly.

I was charged double. When I booked, I was informed I would have to pay a city tax, which I paid on arrival using a different credit card from the one with which I booked the hotel. I checked my bank account a few days later and saw to my surprise that I'd been charged the tax amount on the original form of payment as well. Now I have to figure out how to get refunded. Otherwise the hotel was okay. Rooms were tiny but clean. Staff was friendly and it was very close to the tramline.

Good location, kind staff, quiet neighbourhood

The both ladies at the reception desk were very kind and provided us useful information about area, house rules etc. The room was recently refreshed, comfortable and well designed. Also the location is great, only one station to the "Gare Lille Europe". The area is quiet, good sleep quality.

Family weekend trip to Lille

Lovely room. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a microwave, hob and fridge in the kitchen which was useful. Bathroom was clean and spacious. We parked in the hotel’s garage overnight and was able to leave the car until 5pm the next day. The hotel is within a walking distance to the old town and 10mins walk to the Lille Train Station and shopping area.

Top marks for customer service

Great customer service from all staff. Very accommodating and the manager Aurélie went above and beyond and really made sure we were comfortable. We requested fans for the 2 rooms we booked and she immediately found us the fans, even provided free breakfast for the 2 days we were there. I think best service we have received after a very long time

Très confortable et très bien situé

Hôtel très bien situé, très confortable, silencieux et extrêmement propre et accueillant. Une petite attention posée dans la chambre à mon arrivée c’est exceptionnel! Le seul bémol est que j’avais demandé une chambre à l’étage pour ne pas être dérangé par la circulation et je me suis retrouvé au 1er alors que l’établissement était peu fréquenté.

À part la lumière du miroir qui a clignoté pendant 3jours ( difficile de penser que ça ne s'est pas vu avant) et un micro-ondes extrêmement sale qui entache la propreté de l'ensemble, le séjour s'est globalement bien passé

Prima locatie, vlak bij tram en (wat verder) de trein. De kamer is klein, er staan wel twee stoelen. Keukentje zeer beperkt (1 steelpan, weinig servies, goede magnetron en koelkast, waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat). De uitstap uit het bad (douche) erg smal en hierdoor niet gemakkelijk. Kamer wordt tussentijds niet schoon gemaakt, dus geen schone handdoeken. Prijs viel tegen voor een drie sterren accommodatie maar dat komt wellicht door de Olympische Spelen die ook in Lille plaats vinden.
