"Loved the hotel, it met everything we wanted in terms of cleanliness & amenities. The negative was we had previously requested a room facing the lake and they had not planned for it. Since the property was full we were unable to have any view. Must say we were disappointed as we had booked months in advance."

"The hotel is in a great location to explore Killarney! The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, they even provided a small fridge for us because my friend had a medication that needed to be refrigerated. We loved our stay at the international hotel in Killarney and would definitely recommended this hotel!"

"Great comfortable stay, only quirk was the expectation that the key was to be given to the lobby staff when you leave the hotel for outings. The key is very big and has a 75 euro deposit. Not a big deal when the staff are not busy with attending the bar/other guests. Breakfast was decent."

"The Killarney Townhouse is affiliated with the Grand Southern Hotel which is where car parking currently is. The Grand Southern staff was very helpful bringing our luggage to the Townhouse! The Killarney Townhouse is an older property but it has recently been renovated. The 3 bed room we had was spacious and very comfortable. The wooden sub floors creak a bit but ads character to the stay. The location is excellent, being right at the edge of the main pub and stores area but far enough to be...

"We really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was great. We booked our hotel and paid for our stay through Expedia. The hotel accidentally charged my card upon check in. Upon check out, they explained their mistake to us and refunded our card. What they charged us and what they refunded was not the same, due to the exchange rate. I sent the property a message telling them that their mistake cost me money, but no one responded. That is disappointing."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Killarney surrounded by shops, restaurants, and pubs. Everything we wanted to see or do was less than a 10-minute walk away, which made the stay very convenient. The hotel itself was great, and we had no issues during our visit. Overall, we had no complaints and would happily stay here again."

"For my first B&B experience, Crystal Springs blew me out of the water. When I arrived I was greeted by Harvey, a big sweetie of a dog, and then the hostess, who was the most lovely woman. The breakfast each day was so filling, warm, and delicious; the fruit salad and soda bread were my favorite additions to my smoked salmon toast each morning. The room was pristine, the whole facility clean and beautiful, and it was such a great stay. I will definitely stay there again during my next trip! "
