"The room was great, the staff was pleasant, Activities were nice, but I didn't like the fact that there was only one winner per round of bingo even if 2 people called bingo at the same time just didn't seem fair to the participates. The elderly woman was told she couldn't get a prize because the woman at the bar called bingo LOUDER!!!"

"Loved everything about the Westin in St Thomas. Very nice, clean, spread out hotel. We had a terrace room and loved watching the boats sail in and out. It was quiet and we were never distracted by pool music or other people."

The beach is dirty, smells like cigarettes / marijuana and has trash. There is constant noise of wave runners and loud music. "I stayed at this property at the end of May 2026. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The amenities such as the pool and restaurant were excellent. Loved the staff; very friendly and helpful;. The location is great for peace and quiet out of the heart of the town, the views are outstanding; but it is not walkable to anywhere."

"I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly. This location is a close ride to the Red Hook ferry, and the snorkeling on the little reef was great!"
