GREAT HOTEL! SUPER BEAUTIFUL AMAZING BEACH AMAZING POOL. There is a lack on the service, people forget to take the ice to the room, forgot to change the soap, etc, never picked up our luggage, etc. BUT OVERAL i have to say great food and great hotel!! I LOVED THE BEACH!! Here is a pic

You have to stay here if you’re coming to St. Thomas. The staff are incredible. The location is absolutely perfect. We will definitely be coming back. I proposed here, on the fly and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Wendy and Tyell, will never forget you two and now you are ingrained into our lives forever. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

I highly recommend Buoy Haus - my wife and I just stayed there for five nights for our anniversary. The grounds are immaculate. Our room felt like a luxury cottage with two porches and all the expected comforts. The pool service was excellent (thanks Princess!). All of the places to eat (Sugarfin, Isla Blue, etc ) were excellent. We did not even leave the resort during the week because we were so relaxed and Buoy Haus staff made us feel at home.

Wonderful spa hotel right on the beach. Rooms excellent and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower was spacious, clean and beyond what we expected. AC worked perfect. Oceanview room with balcony overlooking the beach made for magical and romantic nights and days. Would definitely stay again!!!

Booked a last minute trip here with my wife and daughter. We absolutely loved everything. The food was great, the room was very clean and updated unlike what we saw from other resorts. Honestly dont let a few bad reviews sway you about staying here. We will be back to the Buoy House next year. Well worth the price to stay here.
