"It was nice, clean and relaxing. But the lighting tucked, the fan was broken, the bed frame was so basic and weak, the whole thing moved when moved. It was like a portable bed. The walls are very thin so I heard the neighbors TV even though it wasn't that loud. And even though the place seemed almost empty, there was no hot water in the morning to shower."

"Asked for a fridge in room before we got there. It wasn’t there. When they brought it, it didn’t work. We didn’t know until we had already lost food we put in there. We also were not told that no food was served at the beach club on Tuesday and wednesays. Had to spend $60 for lunch to be brought in. It wasn’t until we got dropped off at club that the driver told us. The AC dripped all night."
