"The hotel itself was beautiful. You walk in and there's a little waterfall and the staff were very polite and helpful. It's one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. My room was beautiful and very clean! I especially liked the motion light in the bathroom which is nice if you have to get up in the middle of the night but don't want a bright light shining in your face. And I liked that there was a safe in the room as well. But most importantly, the hotel felt safe and so did the area around...
"My 2 nd time here .Mostly everything went well but there were some questions about the breakfast that was included but was not clarified earlier until I asked in detail (since the morning of the check out date no breakfast buffet was provided and we had to order not to exceed $US 50 per room ) so eventually we ended up not having to pay more."

"Stayed here twice at the start and end of a trip flying out of ORD. Worked out well only 10 minutes from the airport and stores and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful when you need something not in the room which has a stove, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Would stay again."
