"The beakfast was fresh, A/C worked fine........unfortunately there was a period of about 4 hours w/o water. I was not in my room when the front desk tried to reach me and there was no phone message or even a note slipped under the door. I stayed at this same hotel last July (first floor) and thought it was excellent.......This time I was put into a well worn handicap room (NOT requested) on the third floor. It was not as clean or as well taken care of.......If someone is NOT handicapped, it is rather awkward to deal with low towel racks etc. I'm inclined not to go back.....there are plenty of choices in that area."

"Easy to access, close to the Ark Encounter, and a fun experience staying in a safari tent with space for four to live and sleep comfortably for a few days. Clean bathrooms and the folks in the tents near us were nice. We used the firewood provided and the coffee was good. A nice place that gave us an experience other than a typical hotel! There was a grill, but we did not use it. Limited cooking items, so plan accordingly! There is a coffee pot and all you need for that, plus small fridge with freezer and microwave. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Tub drained very slowly. We chose this location thinking we could walk to The Ark Encounter and save money on parking, but it is quite a ways and was too far for us to walk once we checked it out. Staff was friendly, it was clean , but walls were thin, we could hear TV in next unit when trying to retire for the night. "
