"we've stayed at the hotel Alexandra 4 times and really enjoy the location, book a superior room if possible for a beautiful view of the bay. really nice restaurants just steps away either directions. Fellini Resturant is very good and good prices.a wonderful bakery just a 2 min walk and around the corner a market for all your needs. the front front desk ladies were terrific, very helpful.always happy with this hotel"
"Front desk is staffed. And each person was great. This is a limited service hotel but it worked fine for us. Not a lot of luggage storage available there, but they made it work. Small but comfortable rooms. Very clean. Powerful water pressure in showers overall a great experience "
"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the promenade and a 15-minute walk to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was that the carpet in room 403 was very dirty, stained, and old and really needs to be replaced. "
