There were no signs explaining how to access the garage or that it opened with a button. Reception told me to park first, then return with our luggage to check in. Following their instructions, we found a group of 80+ tourists ahead of us and waited 40 minutes.
Our room was unacceptable. The bathroom floor was so dirty I wiped white residue off with my finger. The glass shower door was chipped and unsafe, the seals had mold, the towel bar fell off...

"I don’t think this is 4 star hotel. Specially the elevator is already crowed with tourists , who liked to go to 4 th floor to the view. It’s very noisy and no security for the guests. The room is spacious, but dark and cold.
I see a lot of short cuts, including breakfast, room etc, every thing seems on budget. Will I stay here again ? Never !"
