"A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "

"Best apartment I’ve stayed in. If they are all in the same condition as no. 126 then it’s a great spot. A genuine home from home (with an adequate but smaller telly) in a great location with excellent facilities and very good value for money. Everything was clean, everything you needed was there and all the tech worked. Very good. "

"Booked through hotels.com paid via home and let ltd. A day before arrival I get an email letting me know my booking has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. DO NOT BOOK VIA HOME AND LET LTD. When I spoke to the hotel they said the same thing happened to another guest last week! "

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"This is a very nicely done annex, perfect for a few nights away on business with the ability to cook my own meals rather than be reliant on hotel food. Friendly host, clean and well appointed with a great shower...definitely my go-to place going forward!"

"I love this hotel. Nice clean room, modern bathroom. Remote control of tv not working well but not big deal. Happy that I can park at this property. Breakfast starts at 7am so great for me as I was up, fed & out of the hotel by 8.30am. Centrally located for the Utilita Arena which meant I could walk there easily. "
