"Great for our 3 night stay. The top floor apartment had everything we needed. Double bed. Sofa bed, bathroom with large shower, cooking facilities a terrace and a view between apartments of the marina. For drivers parking was right outside. For non drivers bus service every 30 minutes from La Spezia/Portovenere. Restaurants are so close. Host waa excellent phoning to make sure we weren’t lost on our arrival by bus and providing lots of details on how to get to places. "

"Do not take the hiking path that starts from the town of Vernazza, call a taxi to bring your luggage to the top! We made the mistake of bringing our luggage up the hiking path, which took an hour and 1000ft of elevation! Be wary of Google Maps and ask locals for routes. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Corniglia war der perfekte Ort als Base, da er abends sehr ruhig und entspannt war. Tagsüber haben wir Ausflüge zu den anderen Cinque Terre Städtchen gemacht, die viel überlaufener und voller waren. Da haben wir uns abends immer wieder auf unser beschauliches und ruhiges Corniglia gefreut. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht, ist sehr gemütlich und mitten in Corniglia gelegen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war eher sehr basic, aber ok."

"15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

There is no parking lot in the hotel, and there is a street parking nearby that costs about $30 a day, but it was hard to find it. The staff didn't help much in finding the parking lot. Overall, it was a beautiful small village that was good for travelers who wanted to go to Chin Quetere by ferry."

"The hotel is at the hill of Talkero with beautiful view. They have the bus with several stop to Lerici which is quiet and scenic. We had the seafood spaghetti two times at the Restaurant Defanio and he restaurant nearby Ristorante Il Gambero Nero. They are phenomenal. The hotel also has great breakfast. The welcome drink is a plus. The balcony room with the sea breeze also veryy nice. We enjoyed our stay."
