Clean, quiet, and cozy. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Just to remember check the check-in instructions sent from the host in Expedia. I didn't so I had to call the host when I got there. She kindly sent me the instructions via text message.

We stayed at the Villa Torlonia for 4 nights in September 2022. Valentina welcomed us and was very nice and helpful with an excellent spoken English. Originally, this was not at all what we expected, as we thought that there was a small kitchen in the room, but this was a shared kitchen with 3 other rooms. However, we were very pleased with the accommodations and were able to meet other travelers in the common area. There is a small fridge where you can leave food in it. The room/bathroom were very clean. After the second night, Valentina asked us if she could clean up the room/bathroom, which was very nice. We have found the B&B to be a little far from the main touristic center – over 20 minute walk depending where you want to go, and a 15 minute walk from the main train station. However, we took the bus at Porta de Via (5-minute walk from the B&B) to go to the touristic places with the lines 60 and 62. The buses are frequent and only cost 1.50 euros per ticket, so it was very cheap compared to taxi, and you can purchase the tickets at any Tabaggi. A good app to download recommended by Valentia was MOOVIT. It basically helps you get around the city by train or metro. You can also find a grocery stores close to the B&B and a few nice restaurants just a few minutes by foot

L'emplacement était bien, mais de gros points négatifs. En arrivant sur place, le personnel ne parlais ni francais, ni anglais, ni italien, seulement espagnol, donc la communication etait vraiment + difficile, on ne s'attendait pas a ça. Ensuite, la 2ieme journee nous avons trouver un scorpion dans notre lit. Les murs de la chambre etait spotter de moisisure à plusieurs endroits. On nous demande une taxes de touriste de 60euro initialement pour ensuite nous dire que finalement sa devrait etre le double. Via expedia, nous avons communiquer avec eux pour avoir un dédommagement pour tout ça et il ne voulait rien savoir, ils n'ont rien voulu négocier et ont nier tout. Donc service tres médiocre...

아이들 2명과 3명이 숙박하였습니다. 매우 만족스러웠습니다. HOST는 매우 친절하였습니다. 공용냉장고와 커피포트, 조리기구를 사용할 수 있었습니다. 매우 청결하고, 편안하게 이용할 수 있었으며, 보르게세 공원 미술관과 가까웠습니다. 3박을 하는 동안 가족 모두 만족하였습니다. 다음에 로마에 또 방문할 기회가 있다면 그곳에 머무르겠습니다.

Во время бронирования на сайте был указан определённый адрес расположения, но на деле он оказался другим. Об этом мы узнали, когда переписывались с хозяевами накануне проживания. Хорошо, что оба адреса находятся практически рядом. Хозяева вежливые и отзывчивые. В квартире из 3 комнат была общая кухня со всем необходимым:плита, микроволновка, посуда, приборы, в номере холодильник, с горячей водой проблем не было, мы остались очень довольны. Расположение оказалось немного дальше от Термини, чем мы думали. Но это легко решается автобусом.

Friendly stay at lotus rooms

Elisa was a very good host, she provided a speedy check in and did not penalise us for a slightly late check out. The air conditioning was very good, the WiFi fast and the communal kitchen very tidy. Our room was spacious enough and the bed comfy.
