Lovely small guest house in a nice, safe area, with plenty of food places on doorstop, very close to Vatican city and easy to get to other landmark attractions. The room was clean, included mini fridge, modern bathroom and service and help from the owner was personal and friendly...she was always on hand to give lots of advice and recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here.

Giulia, the owner is so welcoming and accommodating, her hospitality and kindness was fresh air after a long flight! Most communication and instructions were remote and it’s as if we had seen her the entire time! Our room was clean, quiet, and perfect for our stay! The hotel is on a nice safe quiet street not too far at all from anything you want to see in Rome! Definitely a home away from home and we will be returning next time we stay!

The location was ideal, close to everything without being on a busy street. Giulia clearly cares about the well-being of her guests, checking in to see if anything is needed and always friendly, never intrusive. This was a top-notch stay and I hope to stay there again. I had a wonderful stay in Rome, and I highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently close to everything within walking distance. The accommodation was comfortable, homey, and felt very safe. Giulia, our host, was amazing—she made us feel at home, was always available to help, and was incredibly communicative. On the day of our departure, despite not purchasing breakfast, she brought us cappuccino and biscuits. I give this place 5 stars, 10/10, and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Absolutely fantastic location for a guesthouse. Very close to Vatican City, ample restaurants, shops and transport links. Gulia is an absolute sweetheart who made us feel right at home. The treats she left us were very welcome after long days sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and I personally loved the shower. The air conditioning was great. Definitely will be back soon!
