Although we didn't get chance to use their pool, our room was clean and in good size, the staff were friendly and helpful. Mel, the manager, was extremely nice and helpful, when he knew we needed to have lunch before going to Pammukkale, he drove us to the restaurant and arranged the owner of the restaurant send us to South Gate after lunch! We had very pleasant experience there, thank Mel for everything!"
