"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"

"We liked that it was pet friendly. We liked the continental breakfast. The pool had broken chairs and the life preserver ring had mold on it. The grounds were not very well maintained.
