"The front desk would not give us bottles of water because our Hyatt Status was not high enough. Offered to sell us water from the "H Mart" for $5 a bottle. It's a shame to lose a customer over a .25 bottle of purified water. We won't be going back. Housekeeping was unreliable."

"Front desk staff very helpful cleaning staff not soo helpful didnt speak english... room was ok (talking about the beds) just dirty, filthy, room wasnt vacuumed bathroom floor was dirty like not swept , we had spiderwebs , toilet was not working, ceiling was leaking. Breakfast was ok and kitchen was clean but over all the whole hotel was filthy WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!"

"The shuttle took an hour to arrive at the airport. I had friends waiting at the hotel for us. They said they saw the shuttle van pull in with guests. The driver waited there for 20 minutes before departing to pick us up. When I originally called the receptionist, she said that I had to be at the curbside ready to go. I was. It was a long wait! The hotel was 10min. away!"

"My stay at the Fairmont was so wonderful that I didnt want to leave. The room was impeccable, the hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff could'nt be more helpful and nice. Loved it. Ill be back."

"Not everything in Texas is bigger. The rooms are small. No lobby. 8th floor lounge was closed with events, patio closed. Location was close to state building. but the walk required walking past homeless zombi drug addicts. I would stay closer to the river or the other side of the river."

"Beautiful, modern, CLEAN quiet property! Excellent location. Above all…. The staff was SO personable and welcoming. I accidentally booked the wrong day and they went above and beyond to book the correct day when I arrived and get me a refund from Expedia for the wrong date. Fantastic experience and I 100% recommend them!"
