"I'll never stay at this hotel in the future. This is not what I expect from a Hyatt. Absolutely no amenities. Housekeeping only by request, you're told to make the request before 11 am and I did. The result was no housekeeping. My room was never serviced."

"They have a lot of work to do to bring this property back to "life". It stinks just walking through the halls. No rooms keys open exterior doors so you prop a door open and risk some random "sketchy" person getting in or walk around the property to the front door."
