"Room was dirty when we arrived, it was late and we were told it would be cleaned the next morning. Never happened. If it wasn't for our need of a kitchen to cook safe foods for ourselves (too many allergies to eat out) we would have canceled after one night. But the town was full and we were stuck. ..."
